PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS The following requirements apply to you: You are an early career researcher (PhD student or postdoc). You are First Author of the paper you submit. You are willing to review other articles for this journal at least once.

FORMAL CRITERIA Your contribution meets the following formal criteria: Your paper is between 6,000 and 8,000 words long (excluding literature and transcripts). Your contribution is written in English or German. Your contribution has not yet been published and is not available to any other journal. You have formatted your paper according to our stylesheet. OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL MATERIALS Transparency and reliability are essential components of good scientific work. Therefore, with fokus:interaktion you have the possibility to submit optional additional materials together with your contribution (if data protection allows this!). This includes for example: Complete transcripts Ethnographic data (excerpts from protocols, pictures of the setting, etc.) (Anonymized) audio/video data of the analyzed cases. If you would like to submit optional supplementary materials for your paper, please indicate this in your submission. We will then send you a link to upload the materials.
